Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ArcaneTeller application (the "Service") operated by Evnola OÖ ("us", "we", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. LEGAL DISCLAIMER ("ENTERTAINMENT ONLY")

IMPORTANT: All content provided by ArcaneTeller (including but not limited to Horoscopes, Pulse Insights, Oracle Readings, Astro DNA, and AI Chat) is for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

  • Not Professional Advice: The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. It is not a substitute for professional counseling or guidance.
  • AI Technology: The Service utilizes Generative AI. AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information.
  • Limitation of Liability: Evnola OÖ is not responsible for any actions you take, or decisions you make, based on the information provided in the app. Never base investment decisions or health choices solely on an astrology app.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Plans: We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., "Cosmic Personal", "Pulse Standard", "Pulse Elite") with different features.
  • Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile settings or your device's App Store/Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial usage.
  • Consumables (Credits): Purchases for specific features (e.g., "Single Coffee Reading") are one-time, non-refundable credits.

2.1. Strict Subscription Consent

By starting a paid plan or free trial, you explicitly confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You understand this Service is an entertainment product and not a guaranteed result-based service.
  • You accept automatic renewal billing unless canceled before renewal.

2.2. Trial Abuse Prevention Policy

To prevent abuse and ensure fair access:

  • Trial eligibility is tracked per plan tier.
  • A trial for the same tier cannot be reactivated within the defined cooldown period.
  • We may deny trial access, suspend trial eligibility, or restrict accounts that attempt to abuse offers.

3. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass payment systems or feature gates.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: The Service and its original content (including the "Astro DNA" algorithm, "Pulse" engine, logos, and design) are the exclusive property of Evnola OÖ and its licensors.
  • Your Rights: You retain rights to your personal data. You are granted a limited license to share your personalized reports (e.g., "The Book of You") for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media sharing).

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Modifications to Service and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you (via email or app notification).

6.1. Service Availability & Outages

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-on operation.
  • Temporary outages, maintenance windows, third-party API failures, or force majeure events may occur.
  • Unless required by applicable law, temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle users to refunds, credits, or damages.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Evnola OÖ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
